  • We provide packaging that is meticulously wrapped and securely fastened to ensure that both the picture and its accompanying frame are thoroughly protected during the entire transit process. This commitment to attention to detail significantly helps to prevent any potential damage, while also ensuring that your items arrive at their designated destination in impeccable condition, ready for display or gifting.

  • Prints and original purchases can be fully refunded if they are returned in their original condition, with no alterations, changes, or damage of any kind.

    You will have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item. 

    Returns due to damage in transit must be reported promptly (within 72 hours).

  • Please let us know right away if you want to return the item. Remember, you have 14 days to do so.

    Returns will be processed quickly, and the payment will go back to the original method. Please remember it may take a few days to clear and show up in your account.

  • All commissions will receive a photo file to approve before starting. You can make 3 revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the likeness. After approval, there are no refunds, and the work is final unless the item is damaged during shipping.
